目的 研究女贞子的化学成分。方法 采用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20和RP-HPLC等色谱分离手段对女贞子70%乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取部位进行分离纯化，并根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果 分离得到1个裂环环烯醚萜苷类化合物，鉴定为6′-O-肉桂酰基-8-表-金吉苷酸（6′-O-cinnamoyl-8-epi-kingisidic acid，1）。结论 化合物1为新化合物。

Objective To study the chemical constituents from the fruits of Ligustrum lucidum. Methods The chemical constituents in ethyl acetate fraction of 70% ethanol extract from the fruits of L. lucidum were isolated and purified by column chromatography over silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20, and HPLC. The structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data analyses. Results A compound, secoiridoid glucoside, was isolated and identified as 6′-O-cinnamoyl-8-epi-kingisidic acid (1). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new one.
