目的 通过对广金钱草药材的指标成分和指纹图谱的测定,结合其他定性指标来综合评测药材的质量。方法 建立药材指标成分及指纹图谱的HPLC/UV测定方法,对结果进行相关性分析。结果 常规外观鉴别和颜色检查与指标成分和指纹图谱判断结果不相关。结论 一个药材需要在总体理化定性的基础上,经过性状鉴别,结合指纹图谱相似性鉴别,最终通过指标成分的量化实现对药材的综合质量评价,这样才可以在整体质量上控制好药材。

Objective Integrated assessing t he quality of Herba Desmodii Styracifolii by assay and fingerprints coupled with identification results.Methods Correlative study and analysis on results achieved f rom HPLC/UV assay and fingerprints,as well as the establishment of those methods.Results Common appearance identification and color test could not build the reliable relationship with the results of assay and fingerprints.Conclusion In order to evaluate and control the quality of herbal material suffi-ciently,the integrate several aspects of quality,such as identification,assay,and fingerprint s determination should be needed.
