目的 研究藁本内酯脂质体最佳制备工艺及处方。方法 采用乙醇注入法制备藁本内酯脂质体,以包封率为评价指标,采用正交设计优化处方和制备工艺,高效液相色谱法测定其包封率。结果最佳工艺处方为:藁本内酯与卵磷脂的比例为1:10,卵磷脂与胆固醇的质量比为2:1,PBS缓冲溶液pH为7.5,制备温度为35℃。结论 经优化得到的藁本内酯脂质体处方合理,工艺可行。

Objective To optimize the prescription and preparation technclogy of ligustilide liposomes.Methods Ligustilide liposomes were prepared by ethanol injection method.The encap sulation efficiency was taken as inspection target and the preparation of liposomes was optimized by orthogonal design.HPLC was used to measure the encap sulation efficiency.Results The best prescription was ligustilide-lecit hin (1:10),lecithin-cholesterol (2 :1),the water phosphate buffer solution (pH 7.5),the hydration tempera-ture was 35 ℃.Conclusion The optimized formulation of ligustilide is reasonable in prescription and prac-ticable in technology.
