[摘要]
目的 研究百合知母汤水煎液中的化学成分,为探讨其药效物质基础提供依据。方法 采用硅胶柱反复色谱分离化合物,并通过理化数据和波谱数据确定其结构。结果 从百合知母汤水煎液的二氯甲烷和醋酸乙酯萃取部分共分得9个化合物,分别鉴定为棕榈酸(hexadecanoic acid,1)、5-羟甲基糠醛(5-hydroxymethyl-2-furalde-hyde,2)、豆甾醇(stigmasterol,3)、对羟基苯甲醛(p-hydroxybenzaldehyde,4)、对羟基桂皮酸(p-hydroxycinnamicacid,5)、2,3,4'-三羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮(2,3,4'-trihydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone,6)、知母皂苷AⅢ(timosa-poninAⅢ,7)、芒果苷(mangiferin,8)、β-胡萝卜苷(β-daucosterol,9)。结论 以上化合物均为首次从百合知母汤中分得,其中化合物6为首次公开报道的天然产物;化合物5首次在组成百合知母汤的单味药百合和知母中发现,可能为百合知母汤水煎液新产生的化学成分。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Baihe Zhimu Decoction.Methods Silica gel column chromatography was used to isolate and purify the compounds,and t he st ruct ures were identi-fied on t he basis of IR,MS,1 H2NMR,13 C-NMR,and other data.Results Nine compounds were isolated and identified as hexadecanoic acid (1),5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde (2),stigmasterol (3),p-hydroxy-benzaldehyde (4),p-hydroxycinnamic acid (5),2,3,4'-trihydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone (6),timosa-ponin A Ⅲ (7),mangiferin (8),andβ-daucosterol (9).Conclusion These compounds are isolated from Baihe Zhimu Decoction for t he first time1 Compound 6 is firstly reported as a new natural product.
