[摘要]
目的 研究栀子Gardenia jasminoides果实60%乙醇提取物的化学成分。方法 采用各种现代色谱技术进行分离和纯化,根据化合物的光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果 分离鉴定了12个木脂素类化合物,其结构分别为栀子脂素甲(1)、丁香脂素(2)、松脂素(3)、丁香脂素-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、落叶松脂素(5)、八角枫木脂苷D(alangilignosideD,6)、落叶脂素(7)、落叶脂素-9-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)、蛇菰宁(balanophonin,9)、山橘脂酸(10)、榕醛(ficusal,11)、肥牛木素(12)。结论 化合物1为一新化合物,命名为栀子脂素甲,化合物2~6、9~12为首次从该属中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents in 60% ethanol extract from the fruit of Gardenia jasminoides.Methods The compounds were isolated by various chromatographic techniques and identified by spectroscopic methods.Results Twelve compounds were obtained and identified as gardenianan A (1),syringaresinol (2),pinoresinol (3),syringaresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4),lariciresinol (5),alangilignoside D (6),lyoniresinol (7),lyoniresinol-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8),balanophonin (9),glycosmisic acid (10),ficusal (11),and ceplignan (12).Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound named gardenianan A.Compounds 2-6 and 9-12 are reported for the first isolation from the plants of Gardenia Ellis.
