对野生黄连进行遗传多样性研究。方法通过ISSR技术对7个野生黄连居群共78个个体进行遗传多样性分析。结果用12个随机引物共扩增出106条清晰条带，其中72条具多态性，平均多态性位点比率为67.92%。

Tcuss the genetic diversity of Coptis chinensis.Methods the genetic diver-sity of 78 individuals from seven populations was analyzed by inter-simple sequence repeat (ISS R).Results.Twelve prime rs were selected to produce highly reproducible ISS R bands.
