考察无机陶瓷膜在制首乌颗粒水提液精制过程中,不同孔径的膜对该体系的适用性,并进行膜过程优化设计。方法以制首乌水提液为研究对象,测定了3种不同孔径膜及不同操作参数下膜渗透通量及有效成分的变化等。结果50nm膜的膜渗透通量和二苯乙烯苷转移率均明显高于其他两种膜。
