[摘要]
目的通过复壮已退化的蜜环菌,恢复其促进天麻生长及天麻素积累的作用。方法将相同来源的蜜环菌Arrmillearia mellea野生菌种、该野生菌种连续无性繁殖退化的后代菌种以及退化后复壮的菌种接种到同一品种的天麻Gastrodia elata上进行栽培试验,测定天麻的生物产量和天麻素质量分数。结果野生菌种组与退化菌种组相比较、复壮菌种组与退化菌种组相比较在天麻产量、天麻素质量分数上有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论采用诱导子实体方法可以使退化的蜜环菌复壮,其促进天麻生长、天麻素积累的作用也得以恢复。

Objective By rejuvenation of degradative strain,the effects of Armillearia mellea to promote the growth of Gastrodia elata and to accumulate the gastrodin in G.elata could be recovered.Methods G.elata was inoculated with same variety of G.elata with A.mellea of wild strain,degradative strain for continuously asexual reproduction and rejuvenative strain,and the yield of G.elata and the content of gastrodin of G.elata were determined.Results The significant differences(P0.01) between wild strain and degradative strain,rejuvenative strain and degradative strain in the yield of G.elata and the content of gastrodin were discovered(P0.01).Conclusion Rejuvenation of degradative strain of A.mellea was made by artificial inducement of fruit body,and the effects of A.mellea to promote the growth of G.elata and to accumulate the gastrodin in G.elata could be recovered.
