目的研究半边莲的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱、凝胶柱、制备HPLC等分离和纯化,通过化合物的波谱数据和理化特性进行结构鉴定。结果从半边莲中分离鉴定了12个化合物,分别为环桉烯醇(cycloeucalenol,Ⅰ)、24-亚甲基环木波罗醇(24-methylenecycloartanol,Ⅱ)、植物醇(phytol,Ⅲ)、植物烯醛(phytenal,Ⅳ)、β-香树脂醇(Ⅴ)、腺苷(Ⅵ)、正丁基-β-D-呋喃果糖苷(Ⅶ)、正丁基-α-D-呋喃果糖苷(Ⅷ)、正丁基-β-D-吡喃果糖苷(Ⅸ)、正丁基-α-D-吡喃果糖苷(Ⅹ)、水杨苷(Ⅺ)、5-羟甲基糠醛(ⅩⅡ)。结论其中化合物Ⅰ~Ⅳ及Ⅵ~ⅩⅡ为首次从半边莲属植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅴ为首次从该植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents in Lobelia chinensis.Methods Isolation and purification were carried out by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,and preparative HPLC.Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopy and physicochemical properties.Results Twelve compounds were obtained and identified as: cycloeucalenol(Ⅰ),24-methylenecycloartanol(Ⅱ),phytol(Ⅲ),phytenal(Ⅳ),β-amyrin(Ⅴ),adenosine(Ⅵ),n-butyl-β-Dfructofuranoside(Ⅶ),n-butyl-α-D-fructofuranoside(Ⅷ),n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside(Ⅸ),n-butyl-α-D-fructopyranoside(Ⅹ),salicin(Ⅺ),and 5-hydroxymethyl furaldehyde(ⅩⅡ).Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ—Ⅳ and Ⅵ—ⅩⅡ are obtained from the plants of Lobelia L.for the first time and compound Ⅴ is obtained from this plant for the first time.
