目的研究华东唐松草Thalictrum fortunei化学成分。方法利用各种柱色谱方法对华东唐松草乙醇提取物的正丁醇部位进行分析,用UV、IR、MS、1D-和2D-NMR等光谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果分离鉴定了2个新化合物,分别为华东唐松草苷I[thaliforoside I,(22S,24Z)-cycloart-24-en-3,β22,26-triol 26-O-β-D-glucopyr-anoside,Ⅰ]和华东唐松草苷J[thaliforoside J,3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(22S,24Z)-cy-cloart-24-en-3,β22,26-triol 26-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,Ⅱ]。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ均为新化合物,命名为华东唐松草苷I和华东唐松草苷J。

[Abstract]
Objective To study new chemical constituents of Thalictrum fortunei.Methods Various column chromatographic methods were carried out for the isolation and purification of the compounds from the EtOH extract of T.fortunei.Their structures were elucidated by 1D-and 2D-NMR methods,HR-ESI-MS,UV,IR and hydrolysis.Results Two new cycloartane glycosides were isolated,and their structures were elucidated as thaliforoside I [(22S,24Z)-cycloart-24-en-3β,22,26-triol 26-O-β-D-glucopyranoside](Ⅰ),and thaliforoside J [3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(22S,24Z)-cycloart-24-en-3β,22,26-triol 26-O-β-D-glucopyranoside](Ⅱ).Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅱ are new compounds named thaliforoside I and thaliforoside J.
