目的 采用HPLC 法对广东土牛膝进行指纹图谱研究,为广东土牛膝药材质量控制提供依据。方法 实验采用Kromasil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-水为流动相梯度洗脱,体积流量1.0mL/min,柱温25℃,检测波长230nm。结果 建立广东土牛膝药材HPLC 指纹图谱,确定13个共有峰,确定其相对保留时间和相对峰面积。结论 在选定的条件下所建立的指纹图谱为广东土牛膝药材质量控制提供依据。

Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Eupatorium chinense.Methods The analysis was performed on a Kromasil C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) with acetonitrile-water as mobile phase in a gradient mode.The flow rate was 1.0mL/min.The column temperature was 25℃ and the detection wavelength was 230nm.Results The fingerprint of E. chinense with common 13 peaks was established.The relative retention time and the ranges of relative area of the common peaks were determined.Conclusion The established fingerprint could be used for the quality control of E. chinense.
