[摘要]
目的 研究黄芩植株光合特性及其生理生态影响因子,为确定合理栽培措施提供参考。方法 利用CIR-AS-1便携式光合作用测定仪测定日中不同时段、不同光子通量密度(PPFD)下的净光合速率(Pn)及部分生理生态因子变化。采用灰色关联分析确定黄芩植株Pn 与生态因子间的关联度。结果 黄芩植株不同部位叶片Pn 为中部叶片>基部叶片>顶部叶片,光饱和点为1302Lmol/(m2·s),光补偿点为101.5Lmol/(m2·s);日Pn 变化呈双峰曲线,有典型的光合"午休"现象;Pn 与气孔导度(Gs)密切相关(r=0.88,P<0.05)。结论 PPFD 和空气湿度是影响黄芩Pn 的主要生态因子。

[Abstract]
Objective To discuss the factor that affected the photosynthetic characteristics,physiological and ecological property of Scutellariae baicalensis,and provide the reference for choosing reasonable cultural measurement.Methods The net photosynthetic rates(Pn) and some physiological and ecological factors were measured with CIRAS-1 in different time and different photosynthetic photon flux density(PPFD).The correlation between Pn and ecological factor was done by grey correlation analysis.Results Pn changed with the parts that leaves seated in the plant,the middle leaves > the basal leaves > the terminal leaves,light saturation point was 1302Lmol/(m2·s),light compensation point was 101.5Lmol/(m2·s);The diurnal change trend of Pn showed a double peak curve,presenting a typical phenomenon of "photosynthesis midday depression".There was a close correlation between Pn and stomatal conductance (Gs)(r=0.88,P<0.05).Conclusion PPFD and air humidity are main ecological factor that affects Pn of S.baicalensis.
