[摘要]
目的 研究乌药Lindera aggregata 叶的化学成分。方法 采用硅胶色谱柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱等方法分离化合物,运用现代光谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果 从乌药叶中分离得到9个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为槲皮素(quercetin,Ⅰ)、山柰酚(kaempferol,Ⅱ)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-阿拉伯呋喃糖苷(avicularin,Ⅲ)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(afzelin,Ⅳ)、二氢山柰酚(dihydrokaempferol,Ⅴ)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(astragaline,Ⅵ)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-木糖苷(kaempferol-3-O-β-D-xylopyranoside,Ⅶ)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(juglalin,Ⅷ)、kaempferol-3-O-(2″-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(Ⅸ)。结论 化合物Ⅲ-Ⅸ为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅴ-Ⅸ为首次从山胡椒属植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents in the leaves of Lindera aggregate. Methods Various column chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the chemical constituents and their structures were elucidated by spectral analyses. Results Nine compounds were isolated and identified as quercetin(Ⅰ), and kaempferol(Ⅱ), avicularin(Ⅲ), afzelin(Ⅳ), dihydrokaempferol(Ⅴ), astragaline(Ⅵ), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-xylopyranoside(Ⅶ), juglalin(Ⅷ), and kaempferol-3-O-(2″-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(Ⅸ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅲ-Ⅸ are isolated from the title plant for the first time. Compounds Ⅴ-Ⅸ are isolated from the plants of Lindera Thunb. for the first time.
