[摘要]
目的研究丝毛瑞香的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱进行分离,通过波谱解析和理化性质进行化合物结构鉴定。结果分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为oleodaphnal(Ⅰ)s、esquiterpene oxolactone(Ⅱ)、对羟基桂皮酸(Ⅲ)、对羟基桂皮酸正二十酯(Ⅳ)、对羟基桂皮酸正二十二酯(Ⅴ)、咖啡酸甲酯(Ⅵ)、咖啡酸正二十酯(Ⅶ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅷ)、β-谷甾酮(Ⅸ)和胡萝卜苷(Ⅹ)。结论化合物Ⅱ为首次从该属植物中分离得到,其余均为首次从本植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Daphne holosericea.Methods Repeated column chromatography with silical gel and Sephadex LH-20 were used to isolate chemical constituents,whose structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analyses,their physicochemical properties,and comparison of spectral data with literature values.Results Ten compounds were isolated and identified as oleodaphnal(Ⅰ),sesquiterpene oxolactone(Ⅱ),pcoumaric acid(Ⅲ),E-eicosyl-p-coumarate(Ⅳ),E-docosyl-p-coumarate(Ⅴ),caffeic acid methyl ester(Ⅵ),caffeic acid n-dueicosanyl ester(Ⅶ),β-sitosterol(Ⅷ),β-sitosterone(Ⅸ),and daucosterol(Ⅹ).Conclusion Sesquiterpene oxolactone(Ⅱ) is first obtained from the plants of Daphne L.,and the other nine are isolated from this plant for the first time.
