[摘要]
目的研究千斤拔Flemingia philippinensis根的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、反向硅胶及葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20等色谱手段进行化学成分的分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从千斤拔根的75%乙醇提取物中分离出18个化合物,分别鉴定为lupinifolin(Ⅰ)f、lemichin D(Ⅱ)、5,7,3′,4′-四羟基异黄酮(Ⅲ)、5,7,2′,3′,4′-五羟基异黄酮(Ⅳ)、染料木苷(Ⅴ)、槐属苷(Ⅵ)、大黄酚(Ⅶ)、大黄素甲醚(Ⅷ)、大黄素(Ⅸ)、岛青霉素(islandicin,Ⅹ)、咖啡酸二十八烷酯(Ⅺ)、单棕榈酸甘油酯(ⅩⅡ)、滨蒿内酯(ⅩⅢ)、水杨酸(ⅩⅣ)、对甲氧基苯丙酸(ⅩⅤ)、白桦酸(ⅩⅥ)、羽扇豆醇(ⅩⅦ)、β-谷甾醇(ⅩⅧ)。结论以上化合物中,除Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ、ⅩⅦ、ⅩⅧ外均为首次从千斤拔属植物中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅳ为首次从植物中分离得到的天然产物。

[Abstract]
ObjectiveTo study the chemical constituents in the roots of Flemingia philippinensis.Methods Silica gel column chromatography,ODS silica gel column chromatography,and Sephadex LH-20 were employed for the isolation and purification.The structures were identified on the basis of spectral data(UV,EI-MS,1H-NMR, and 13C-NMR) and chemical properties.Results Eighteen compounds were isolated from 75% ethanolic extract in the roots of F.philippinensis and their structures were identified as follows: lupinifolin(Ⅰ),flemichin D(Ⅱ),orobol(5,7,3′,4′-tetrahydroxyisoflavone,Ⅲ),5,7,2′,3′,4′-pentahydroxyisoflavone(Ⅳ),genistin(Ⅴ),sophororicoside(Ⅵ),chrysophanol(Ⅶ),physcion(Ⅷ),emodin(Ⅸ),islandicin(Ⅹ),3′,4′-dihydroxy-trans-cinamic acid octacosyl ester(Ⅺ),monopalmitin(ⅩⅡ),scoparone(ⅩⅢ),salicylic acid(ⅩⅣ),p-methoxyphenylpropionic acid(ⅩⅤ),betulinic acid(ⅩⅥ),lupeol(ⅩⅦ),and β-sitosterol(ⅩⅧ).Conclusion All the compounds are isolated from the plants of Flemingia Roxb.ex Ait.et Ait.f.for the first time except for the compounds Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ,ⅩⅦ,and ⅩⅧ.Compound Ⅳ is a new natural product.
