[摘要]
目的研究了通关藤Marsdenia tenacissima的化学成分。方法利用正、反相硅胶柱色谱分离提纯,经理化常数测定,结合MS、IR、UV、H-NMR、3C-NMR等现代波谱学技术确定了其结构。结果从通关藤水提取物中分离得到0个化合物,分别鉴定为美国商陆脑苷(poke-weed cerebroside,Ⅰ)、β-D-黄夹吡喃糖苷-(→4)-β-D-磁麻吡喃糖甲苷(Ⅱ)、α、2β-丙酮缩二羟基-通关藤苷元B(Ⅲ)、牛奶菜醇A(Ⅳ)、-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基-苯基)-2-{2-甲氧基-4-[-(E)-丙烯-3-醇]-苯氧基}-丙烷-,3-二醇(赤式)(Ⅴ)、半乳糖醇(Ⅵ)、东莨菪素(Ⅶ)、直立牛奶菜双糖(marsectobiose,Ⅷ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅸ)、丁二酸(Ⅹ)。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅴ是首次从该属植物中分离得到;化合物Ⅱ、Ⅵ~Ⅷ、Ⅹ为首次从该植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents in the stems of Marsdenia tenacissima Methods Ten compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20. The chemical structures of the compounds were elucidated by their physicochemical properties and spectral data, such as MS, IR, UV, 1H-NMR, and 13C-NMR. Results The compounds were obtained from the water extract of the plant. They were poke-weed cerebroside (Ⅰ), methyl β-D-theveropyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-cymaropyranoside (Ⅱ), 11α, 12β-acetonide-tenacigenin B (Ⅲ), conduritol A (Ⅳ), 1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-{2-methoxy-4-[1-(E)-propen-3-ol]-phenoxy}-propan-1, 3-diol (Ⅴ), D-galactitol (Ⅵ), scopoletin (Ⅶ), marsectobiose (Ⅷ), daucosterol (Ⅸ), and amber acid (Ⅹ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅴ are isolated from the plants of Marsdenia R. Br. for the first time; Compounds Ⅱ, Ⅵ-Ⅷ, and Ⅹ are isolated from the title plant for the first time.
