[摘要]
目的 通过对芍药种子内源抑制物质的研究,探讨芍药种子休眠的原因。方法 采用生物测定和离体培养的方法 对芍药种子种皮、胚乳中抑制物的活性进行研究。结果 证实了芍药种子胚乳、种皮中含有一定活性的抑制物质,且两者对白菜幼根生长的抑制活性均高于对白菜种子萌发的抑制活性;胚乳乙醚萃取液纸色谱Rf值为0.5区段对白菜幼根生长抑制活性最强(根长相对百分率36.36%);接种在不同的培养基上的离体胚均能生根,但未加GA3培养基上的胚上胚轴不能伸长生长,说明离体胚也存在上胚轴休眠现象,或存在抑制物质。结论 芍药种子中的内源抑制物质是导致其休眠的主要原因。

Objective ?To?investigate?the dormancy?reason?of the?seeds by studying?on?intrinsic?inhibitor in the seed of Paeonia lactiflora.Methods ?BiologicalMethods andembryoculture were carried?out to study theactivityof intrinsic inhibitor in the testa andendospermof the P.1actiflD凇seeds.Results ?TheActivity of intrinsic inhibitor exists in the?testa and endosperm,and both of the intrinsic inhibitors?showedstronger inhibitoryeffect on thegrowthofyoungerroots of Brassicapekinensisthan that on their?seedgermination.TheRf O.5 section of the ether extract ofendospermshowed thestrongestinhibition on?thegrowth ofyoungerroots of B.pekinensis(relative rate:36.36%).All embryos that?inoculated on?different culture medium could root,but the?epicotyls?of embryosthat?inoculated?on culture medium?without GA3 could?not elongate,whichshowed that theembryo?in?vitro also exists?thedormancyof epicotyl,or embryo with inhibitor.Conclusion ?Intrinsic inhibitor in the seed of P.1actiflora is the main?factor that Results in itsdormancy.
