[摘要]
目的 研究人工栽培条件下水分和氮素对绞股蓝Gynostemma pentaphyllum生物量和皂苷量的影响。方法 对野生绞股蓝扦插苗进行水分和氮素控制实验。结果 在干旱和缺氮逆境下,整株植株生物量减少,但由于β-糖苷酶活性降低,导致单位干质量叶片中绞股蓝皂苷的量增加。由于干旱使生物量减少的速率大于对皂苷积累的促进作用,表现为干旱使总皂苷产量降低,与之相反,缺氮对生物量减少的速率小于对皂苷积累的促进作用,但是氮素浓度过低也不利于皂苷积累。结论 这意味着在人工种植的情况下,必须保证充足的水分供应和适度的氮肥供应才有利于绞股蓝生长,保持较高的生物量和总皂苷产量。

Objective ?To?investigate?the?effect?of?different water and?nitrogen?on biomass and?gypenosidesinGynostemma pentaphyllum.Methods ?ThecuttingofG.pentaphylluminJingyunMountain?ofChongqingwas used?as materials in the experiments by artificial imposed water stress and various N?availability.Results ?Under soil drought or N-deficit conditions,the biomass of wholeplant decreased,?while the content of totslsaponinsin leaves ondry weightbasis increased.the content of total saponins?increased due?to?the decreasedactivityofpglucosidase.Becauseof thedecreasing?rate of biomass of G.?pentaphyllum was largerthan the accumulating?rate of total saponins,thetotalyieldsof totalsaponins?decreased under water deficit condition.In contrast,the decreasing?rate of biomass ofG.pentaphyllum?was lower than theaccumulatingrate of totalsaponinsunder N-deficit condition,however this does?not?mean the accumulation?of total saponins?can benefit fromnitrogen supply with?too lOW concentration.?Conclusion ?Therefore,to obtain the higher biomass accumulation ofG.pentaph3’llumand moresaponins?content inplant,nitrogenshould be applied appropriatelyand the sufficient supply of water be beneficial?for the cultivation ofG.pentaphyllum.
