[摘要]
目的 考察青龙衣多糖对S180小鼠红细胞Ca2+,Mg2+-ATP酶活性及[Ca2+]i的影响。方法 青龙衣多糖对S180小鼠ip给药7 d,比色法结合试剂盒测定S180小鼠红细胞膜Ca2+,Mg2+-ATP酶的活性,采用激光共聚焦显微镜结合Fluo-3/AM荧光探针测定红细胞内[Ca2+]i。结果 青龙衣多糖能提高S180小鼠红细胞膜Ca2+,Mg2+-ATP酶活性(P<0.05);降低S180小鼠红细胞[Ca2+]i(P<0.05),并且青龙衣多糖的作用呈剂量依赖性,以高剂量组的作用最佳(P<0.01)。结论 青龙衣多糖通过提高S180小鼠红细胞膜Ca2+,Mg2+-ATP酶的活性,排除离子跨膜转运障碍,稳定其能量代谢和物质代谢,有利于维持细胞内Ca2+的正常浓度。
