[摘要]
目的 研究京大戟的化学成分,为寻找新的抗肿瘤活性成分以及为大戟质量标准研究提供合适对照品。方法 用95%乙醇提取,硅胶柱色谱分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据分析确定结构。结果 分得8个化合物,分别鉴定为正十八烷醇(octadecanol,Ⅰ)、3-甲氧基-4-羟基反式苯丙烯酸正十八醇酯(octadecanyl-3-methoxy-4-hydrox-ybenzeneacrylate,Ⅱ)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,Ⅲ)、正三十烷酸(triacontanoic acid,Ⅳ)、2,2′-二甲氧基-3,3′-二羟基-5,5′-氧-6,6′-联苯二甲酸酐(2,2′-dimethoxy-3,3′-dihydroxy-5,5′-oxo-6,6′-biphenylformic anhydride,Ⅴ)、大戟醇(euphol,Ⅵ)、tirucallol(Ⅶ)、京大戟素(euphpekinensin,Ⅷ)。结论 化合物Ⅰ、Ⅳ、Ⅵ和为首次从京大戟中分离得到。

Objective ?To elucidate the constituents fromthe?root ofEuphorbia pekinensisand?to look?for new products with antitumor activity.Methods ?The chromatography on silicagelwas used and the?structures were identifiedby IR,NMR,and MSspectral analyses and their physicochemical properties?werecomparied.Results ?Eight compoundswere isolated and identified asoctadecanol(I),octadecanyl-?3-methoxy-4-hydroxybenzeneacrylate(I),psitosterol(Ⅲ),triacontanoic acid(Ⅳ),2,2’-dimethoxy-3,?3’-dihydroxy-5,5’-OXO-6,6’-biphenylformic anhydride(V),euphol(V1),tirucallol(Ⅶ),and euph-?pekinensin(Ⅷ).Conclusion ?Thecompounds?I,N,YI,and?Yll?are isolated from the roots of E.?pekinensisfor the first time.?
