[摘要]
目的 研究萝卜秦艽Phlomis medicinalis的化学成分。方法 采用各种现代色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果 从萝卜秦艽根的95%乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定了10个化合物,分别为1-去羟基山栀素甲酯(1-dehydroxyshanzhigenin methyl ester,Ⅰ)、钩萼草素A(notohamosin A,Ⅱ)、洋丁香苷(verbascoside,Ⅲ)、3,4-二羟基苯乙醇(Ⅳ)、琥珀酸(Ⅴ)、蔗糖(Ⅵ)、2,6-二聚果糖(Ⅶ)、果糖吡喃丁苷(Ⅷ)、D-葡萄糖(Ⅸ)和D-果糖(Ⅹ)。结论 所有化合物Ⅱ均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物为首次从该属植物中分得,化合物Ⅰ为一新化合物。
