                  [摘要]
                  目的:研究大叶蛇葡萄Ampelopsis megalophylla的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等技术提取分离其化学成分, 用UV、1H-NMR、13C-NMR、HSQC及HMBC等光谱方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:得到9个化合物, 鉴定了其中8个化合物, 分别为大黄素(Ⅰ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ)、花旗松素(Ⅳ)、杨梅素(Ⅴ)、蛇葡萄素(Ⅵ)、槲皮素(Ⅶ)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(Ⅷ)、杨梅苷(Ⅸ), 其中化合物Ⅱ结构待定。结论:化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ~Ⅴ、Ⅶ~Ⅸ等7种成分均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

                  [Abstract]
                  Objective: To study the chemical constituents from Ampelopsis megalophylla. Methods: The constituents were isolated on silicagel。Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their structures were identified by UV, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, HSQC, and HMBC. Results: Ninecompoundswere isolated andeight compounds amongthem were identified asemodin(I), psitosterol(I), taxifolin(Ⅳ), myricetin(V), ampelopsin(V1), quercetin(I/I), quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside(Ⅶ), and myricetrin (IX). Conclusion: compounds I, I-V, vI]X are obtained from thisplantfor the first time.
