目的采用高效液相色谱法建立陕西安康产葛根药材的HPLC指纹图谱。方法选用Inertisil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-乙腈-0.25%醋酸水溶液梯度洗脱,体积流量1.0mL/min,检测波长为250nm。结果10批药材中各共有峰相对保留时间和峰面积的RSD均小于10%,相似度均符合规定。结论此方法可用于控制葛根药材和注射用冻干剂的质量。

ObjectiveTo establish HPLC finger print of Radix Puerariae from Ankang, Shaanxi Province.MethodsInertisil C18column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 Lm) was used, with methanol-acetonitrile-0.25% aceticacid solution as mobile phase in a gradientelution. Flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The wavelength was 250nm. ResultsFor the relative retention time and relative area of common peaks, the RSD of ten batches of crude drug samples were below 10%. The similarities accor ded with the regulation. ConclusionThe analytical method can be used for the quality control of Radix Puerariae and of its sterilized powder for injection.
