[摘要]
目的研究山楂叶总黄酮磷脂复合物的制备方法并对复合物的形成进行验证。方法以无水乙醇作为反应溶剂;磷脂与药物的比例为2:1;反应物质量浓度为20mg/mL;60℃搅拌2h至反应液澄清,除去溶剂后将能溶于二氯甲烷的物质真空干燥即为药物与磷脂的复合物;采用紫外光谱分析、红外光谱分析,差示扫描分析对复合物的形成进行验证。结果该方法简单可行,山楂叶总黄酮与磷脂的复合率达96%以上。复合物的光谱分析与反应物单体及物理混合物有一定的差别。结论磷脂复合物给药系统能够应用于某些中药提取物,但与多种成分形成复合物的机制有待进一步研究。
