[摘要]
目的 为寻找忍冬藤生物活性成分,对其进行了系统的化学分离。方法 采用溶剂萃取、色谱分离手段进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据进行了化合物结构鉴定。结果 3个化合物分别鉴定为木犀草素(Ⅰ)、马钱素(Ⅱ)、r-1-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)-反-2,顺-3-二羟甲基-7,8-二羟基-6-甲氧基-1,2,3,4-四氢萘(Ⅲ)。结论 化合物Ⅲ为一新化合物,命名为忍冬醇(japenol)。

[Abstract]
Objective To find out the bioactive constituents in the stem of Lonicera japonica and to carry out a systematic study on the chemical constituents of the plant.Methods Three compounds were isolated from the plant by means of solvent extraction and column chromatography,and their structures were elucidated by spectral analyses.Results All these compounds were identified as luteolin(I),loga一 nin(Ⅱ),r一1一(4一hydroxy一3一methoxy—phenyl)一trans一2,cis一3一dihydroxymethyl一7,8-dihydroxy一6一methoxy一 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro—naphthalene(Ⅲ),respectively.Conclusion CompoundⅢis a new compound named as japen01.
