[摘要]
目的 研究清脑宣窍方有效部位的化学成分。方法 大孔树脂、硅胶、聚酰胺等色谱方法分离,波谱法鉴定结构。结果 从清脑宣窍方有效部位中分离得到两个化合物,其化学结构分别鉴定为达玛-24(25)-烯-3β,12β,20(S)-三醇-6-O-(6-O-乙酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖)-20-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ)、2,6,11,15-四甲基-,4,6,8,10,12,14-十六烯单乙酯(Ⅱ)。结论 两个化合物均为新化合物,分别命名为三七皂苷Rt(Ⅰ)和藏红花酸单乙酯(Ⅱ)。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the active fractions of Qingnao Xuanqiao Formula. Methods Isolations were carried out by chromatography on macroporous resin, silica gel, and polyamide, and the structures were identified by spectral data. Results Two compounds in the active fractions of Qingnao Xuanqiao Formula were isolated and identified as dammar-24(25)-ene-3β, 12β, 20 (S)-triol-6-O-[6-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-20-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅰ), monoethyl 2, 6, 11, 15-tetramethyl 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14-hexadecenedioicate (2E, 4E, 6E, 8E, 10E, 12E, 14E)(Ⅱ). Conclusion The two compounds are new compounds named as notoginsenoside Rt (Ⅰ) and monoethyl crocetin ester (Ⅱ).
