目的 从板蓝根中提取分离水溶性多糖,并分析其理化性质,为板蓝根质量控制与进一步开发利用提供参考。方法 主要采用DEAE纤维素离子交换色谱柱,Sephadex G 75凝胶色谱柱分离纯化,应用高效凝胶渗透色谱法(HPGPC)、IR、TLC、UV等方法对板蓝根多糖进行组成结构分析及理化性质研究。结果 从板蓝根水溶性多糖中分离纯化得到4种不同的均一多糖组分PS1、PS2、PS3、PS4,色谱分析表明均由单一木糖组成。其中PS1、PS2、PS3、PS4相对分子质量分别为1.2×10⁴、2.6×10⁴、4.2×10³、2.5×10³。结论 4种均一多糖首次从板蓝根中分离得到。

Objective To study the physico-chemical properties of extracted hydrophilic polysaccharides in Radix Isatidis and give some suggestions for the quality control and further development of Radix Isatidis.Methods Polysaccharides in Radix Isatidis were fractionated by DEAE cellulose ion exchange chromatography and Sephadex G 75 gel chromatography.HPGPC,IR,TLC,and UV were used to investigate the structural and physico-chemical properties of the homogeneous polysaccharide parts.Results Four different homogeneous hydrophilic constituents,PS1,PS2,PS3,and PS4,were extracted and isolated from Radix Isatidis.All of them were composed of Xyl.The relative molecular weights of PS1,PS2,PS3,and PS4 were 1.2×10⁴,2.6×10⁴,4.2×10³,and 2.5×10³,respectively.Conclusion It is the first time to get the four homogeneous polysaccharides from Radix Isatidis.
