[摘要]
目的 对苦木科臭椿属植物臭椿Ailanthus altissima的果实,即凤眼草的乙醇提取物进行分离并鉴定。方法 经反复纯化制备化合物,并根据化合物的理化性质分析、波谱解析、对照品比较及与文献报道对比鉴定化合物的化学结构。结果 从95%乙醇室温提取物中分离得到9个化合物,根据理化性质和波谱学解析分别鉴定为臭椿苦酮A[11β,20-epoxy-1β,2α,12α-pentahydroxypicrasa-3,13(21)-dien-16-one,Ⅰ]、齐墩果烷-9(11),12-二烯-3β-醇[olean-9(11),12-dien-3β-ol,Ⅱ]、异齐墩果烷-14-烯-3-酮(D-friedoolean-14-en-3-one,Ⅲ)、β-香树素(β-amyin,Ⅳ)、环阿尔廷-25-烯-3β,24ξ-二醇(cycloart-25-ene-3β,24ξ-diol,Ⅴ)、何帕烷-3-酮-22-醇(hopane-3-one-22-ol,Ⅵ)、正三十四烷(n-tetratriacontane,Ⅶ)、卫矛醇(L-evonymitol,Ⅷ)、甘露醇(D-mannitol,Ⅸ)结论 化合物Ⅱ~Ⅸ均为从本属植物首次分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of 95 0% alcohol extract in the fruits of Ailanthus altissima. Methods The compounds were prepared by repurification and their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analyses. Results Nine compounds were isolated and identified as ailanthone A[11β,20-epoxy-1β,2α,12α-pentahydroxypicrasa-3,13(21)-dien-16Vone,Ⅰ],olean-9(11),12-lien-3β-ol(II),D-f riedoolean-l4-en-3-one(II),β-amyin(IV),cycloart-25-ene-3β, 24ξ-diol(V),hopane-3-one-22-ol(Vl),n-tetratriacontane(V),L-evonymitol (VII),D-mannitol(IX).Conclusion Among them d一IX are isolated from the plants of Ailanthus Desf. nom. Conserv. for the first time.
