[摘要]
目的研究白花酸藤果中的化学成分。方法用硅胶、凝胶柱色谱及高效制备液相色谱等方法分离化合物,用波谱方法鉴定其结构。结果从白花酸藤果中分离鉴定了5个长链烷基取代的苯酚类化合物5-(8-十五烯基)-1,3-苯二酚()、5-(8,11-十七-二烯基)-1,3-苯二酚()、5-十五烷基-1,3-苯二酚()、5-(8-十七烯基)-1,3-苯二酚()和3-甲氧基-5-戊烷基苯酚(3-methoxy-5-pentyl-phenol,),以及2个酚苷3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基-苯酚-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,)、2,6-二甲氧基-4-羟基-苯酚-1-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2,6-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,)。结论化合物均为首次从该属植物中得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents in Embelia ribes. Methods Silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20, and HPLC were used to separate and purify the chemical constituents. The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis.Results Five phenolic derivatives with different aliphatic chains and two phenolic glucosides were obtained, then their structures were identified as: 5-(8-pentadecenyl)-1, 3-benzenediol (Ⅰ), 5-(8, 11-heptadecadienyl)-1, 3-benzenediol (Ⅱ), 5-pentadecyl-1, 3-benzenediol (Ⅲ), 5-(8-heptadecenyl)-1, 3-benzenediol (Ⅳ), 3-methoxy-5-pentane-1-phenol (Ⅴ), 3, 5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅵ), and 2, 6-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅶ), respectively. Conclusion All compounds are isolated from the plants of Embelia Burm. f. for the first time.
