目的研究产于中国东北山杨Populusdavidiana树皮的化学成分。方法用色谱方法分离山杨树皮的乙醇提取物。结果共分离得到16个化合物,用波谱法和化学方法鉴定了其中的12个。分别是3β-乙酰氧基-12-乌苏烯-28酸(3β-acetoxyurs-12-en-28-oicacid,)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,)、对甲氧基苯酚(4-methoxyphenol,)、间甲氧基苯酚(3-methoxyphenol,)、樱花素(sakuranetin,)、东莨菪素(scopoletin,)、7-甲氧基-2R,3R-二氢山柰酚(2R,3R-dihydro-7-methoxykaempferol,)、7-水杨酰颤杨苷(salicyloyltremuloidin,)、颤杨苷(tremuloidin,)、β-胡萝卜苷(β-sitosterol-3-O-glucoside,)、匍匐柳苷(salireposide,)、樱花苷(sakuranin,)。结论化合物、、、是从杨属植物中首次分得。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents in the barks of Populus davidiana. Methods The constituents were isolated by column chromatography and their structures were determined on the basis of chemical and spectral data. Results Sixteen compounds were isolated and twelve of them were identified as 3β-acetoxyurs-12-en-28-oicacid (Ⅰ), β-sitosterol (Ⅱ), 4-methoxyphenol (Ⅲ), 3-methoxyphenol (Ⅳ), sakuranetin (Ⅴ), scopoletin (Ⅵ), 2R, 3R-dihydro-7-methoxy-kaempferol (Ⅶ), salicyloyltremuloidin (Ⅷ), tremuloidin (Ⅸ), β-sitosterol-3-O-glucoside (Ⅹ), salireposide (Ⅺ), and sakuranin ( ⅩⅡ ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ, and ⅩⅡ are isolated from the plants of Populus L. for the first time.
