目的建立雷公藤及其片剂中雷公藤对醌B测定的HPLC法。方法采用外标法。H iQ s iL KYA-C₁₈(250mm×4. 6 mm,5μm)色谱柱为固定相,甲醇-1%冰醋酸水溶液(66:34)为流动相,检测波长为254 nm,体积流量为1. 0 mL/m in。结果线性范围为6. 62~105. 9μg/mL(r=0. 999 9),湖南产雷公藤平均回收率为97. 78%,RSD为1. 09%(n=9),昆明山海棠片平均回收率为99. 83%,RSD为1. 76%(n=9)。结论本方法准确、灵敏,可作为雷公藤类药材及其片剂中雷公藤对醌B的定量分析方法。

To establish an HPLC method for determination of triptoquinone B in Radix Folium Seu Flos Tripterygli Wilfordii(RFFTW)and its tablets. The detective wave length was 254 nm and the flow rate was 1. 0mL/min,Results The linearity range was 6. 62-105. 9μg/mL(r=0. 999 9),the average recovery of T. wilfordii from Hunan Province was 97. 78%,RSD was 1. 09%(n=9),and the average recovery of tablet of T. hypoglaucum was 99. 83%,RSD wss 1. 76%(n=9). Conelusion The method is accurate and sensitive. It is adoptable for quantitative analysis of triptoquinone B in RFFTW and its tablets.
