[摘要]
目的研究白花银背藤A rgy reia segu in ii的化学成分。方法采用硅胶和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱进行分离,光谱数据结合理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。结果从白花银背藤地上部分分离、鉴定了11个化合物,分别为:β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、豆甾醇(Ⅱ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅲ)、东莨菪亭(Ⅳ)、邻羟基苯甲酸(Ⅴ)、3,4-二羟基苯甲醛(Ⅵ),N-反式-对羟基苯乙基香豆酰胺(N-trans-p-hydroxyphenethy l coum aramine,Ⅶ)、N-反式-对羟基苯乙基阿魏酰胺(N-trans-p-hy-droxyphenethy l fero lamine,Ⅷ)、3,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸甲酯(3,5-d i-O-caffeoy lqu in ic ac id m ethy l ester,Ⅸ)、3,4-二咖啡酰奎宁酸甲酯(3,4-d i-O-caffeoy lqu in ic ac id m ethy l ester,Ⅹ)、4,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸甲酯(4,5-d i-O-caffeoy lqu in icac id m ethy l ester,Ⅺ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅺ均为首次从本植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the aerial parts of Argyreia seguinii.Methods Compounds were isolated by Sephadex LH-20 and silica gel column chromatographies,and their structures were identified by spectral methods together with physiochemical analysis.Results Eleven known compounds were isolated from the aerial parts of A.seguinii.They were identified as β-sitosterol(Ⅰ),stigmasterol(Ⅱ),daucosterin(Ⅲ),scopoletin(Ⅳ),salicylic acid(Ⅴ),3,4-dihydroxy benzaldehyde(Ⅵ),Ntrans-p-hydroxyphenethyl coumaramine(Ⅶ),Ntrans-p-hydroxyphenethyl ferolamine(Ⅷ),3,5-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester(Ⅸ),3,4-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester(Ⅹ),and 4,5-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester(Ⅺ).Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅺ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
