目的研究仙人掌的化学成分?方法采用多种色谱手段进行分离纯化,应用多种波谱技术,结合文献对照,对分得的化合物进行结构鉴定?结果从仙人掌肉质茎的80%乙醇提取物中分离得到5个化合物,其结构鉴定为二甲基(2R)-2-[(4-乙氧基-4-氧代丁酰基)氧基]琥珀酸酯(Ⅰ)?愈创木基甘油-β-阿魏酸醚(Ⅱ)?香豆酸甲酯(Ⅲ)?对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(Ⅳ)?苯甲酸(Ⅴ)?结论化合物Ⅰ为新化合物,命名为仙人掌酯(opun tiaester),化合物Ⅱ~Ⅳ均为首次从本属植物中分离得到?

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Opuntia dillenii.Methods Many kinds of chromatographic methods were used in the isolation procedure,while the structures of compounds were elucidated by various spectral data.Results A newester together with five known compounds was isolated from the 80%ethanolic extract from cactus stems.The compounds were characterized as dimethyl (2R)一2一[(4一ethoxy一4一oxobutanoyl)oxy]succinate(I),guaiacylglycerol-p-ferulic acid ether(Ⅱ),methyl P-hydroxy-(E)一cinnamate(II),methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate(Ⅳ),and benzoic acid(V).Conclusion Compound I,named opuntiaester,is a new one and compoundsⅡ一Ⅳ are obtained from the plants of Opuntia Mill.for the first time.
