目的 建立一种稳定、可靠的鉴别和控制林蛙油质量的方法.方法 利用高效液相色谱法,测定10批林蛙油药材建立指纹图谱.色谱条件:DimonsilC₁₈分析柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温:25℃,流动相:乙腈-水(50:50),分析时间60min.结果 测10份不同林蛙油商品完整药材的丙酮提取物的HPLC图谱.结论 在本色谱条件下,可以检出17个相应位置稳定的共有峰,可作为确定鉴定林蛙油的指标峰.
