[摘要]
目的 观察川芎嗪(TMP)含药血清对人肝癌细胞HepG2增殖的影响.方法 选用SD雄性大鼠30只,随机分成3组,分别ipTMP143.0、71.5mg/kg、生理盐水0.8mL,制备TMP大、小剂量组及生理盐水组含药血清,采用RP-HPLC法测定含药血清中TMP的质量浓度.将各组含药血清作用于人肝癌细胞HepG248h,MTT法测定不同质量浓度TMP含药血清对人肝癌细胞HepG2增殖的抑制作用.结果 TMP大剂量组血清(20%、10%、5%),TMP小剂量组血清(20%、10%)对人肝癌细胞HepG2增殖较生理盐水组有显著抑制作用(P<0.05),最高抑制率可达46.1%.结论 TMP含药血清对人肝癌细胞HepG2增殖有一定的抑制作用.
