目的 从枳壳提取物中分离纯化高纯度新橙皮苷.方法 枳壳提取物经大孔树脂处理后,用正丁醇萃取分离、浓缩,将浓缩物重结晶3次.正丁醇萃取物的浓缩是关键.结果 优化的枳壳提取物中分离新橙皮苷的工艺使新橙皮苷的纯化得率达48.6%,纯度达98.7%.结论 该方法简单易行,为制备高纯度的新橙皮苷提供了一种经济的、可行的方法.

Objective To isolate and purify high-purity neohesperidin from Fructus Aurantii extractMethods Fructus Aurantii extract was treated by macroporous resin and extracted by n-butanol,then concentrated and some solid was precipitated.After crystallizing the precipitate three times,neohesperidin was obtained.The concentration of n-butanol extract was optimized.which was of great importance in the whole preparationResults The yield of neohesperidin was 48.6%and purity of neohesperidin was up to 98.7%in Fructus Aurantii extractConclusion High-purity neohesperidin could be prepared feasibly and economically by proposed method.
