[摘要]
目的 研究毛茛科唐松草属植物狭序唐松草Thalictrumatriplex中双苄基异喹啉生物碱成分.方法 采用硅胶和氧化铝柱色谱,葡聚糖凝胶SephadexLH-20柱分离纯化得到化合物,并通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定化学结构.结果 从狭序唐松草根中分离得到5个双苄基异喹啉生物碱化合物,根据光谱和理化数据分析,鉴定5个化合物分别为:去氢大叶唐松草任(dehydrothalifaberine,Ⅰ)、高原唐松草亭(thalifarentine,Ⅱ)、大叶唐松草任(thalifaberine,Ⅲ)、唐松草亭(thalistine,Ⅳ)、唐松草西宾(thaliracebine,Ⅴ).结论 所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到.

Objective To investigate bisbenzylisoquinoline alkaloids from the roots of Thalictrum atriplexMethods Isolation and purification of the chemical compounds were carried out on silica gel,aluminium oxide.and Sephadex LH-20 columns.The structures of these constituents were elucidated by physicochemical constants and spectral analysisResults Five bisbenzylisoquinoline alkaloids were isolated from the aerial part of T.atriplex and determined as dehvdrothalifaberine(Ⅰ),thalifarentine(Ⅱ),thalifaberine(Ⅲ),thalistine(Ⅳ),and thaliracebine(Ⅴ)Conclusion A1l the compounds are isolated from the plant for the first time.
