[摘要]
目的 用 RAPD技术对红景天属(Rhodiola L.)的大花红景天 R.crenulata、长鞭红景天 R.fastigiata、狭叶红景天 R.kirilowii和高山红景天 R.sachalinensis 4种药用植物进行分子水平鉴定。方法 CATB法提取红景天属原植物总 DNA,以 200条随机引物进行随机扩增。结果 用 OPA4(AATCGGGCTG)、OPB7(GGTGACGCAG)、OPB18(CCACAGCAGT)、OPX14(ACAGGTGCTG)和 OPZ13(GACTAAGCCC)作随机扩增引物进行随机扩增时,可得到识别这些物种基因组 DNA的多态片段。结论 RAPD法能有效地鉴别红景天类药材,把大花红景天、长鞭红景天、狭叶红景天和高山红景天区分开。

[Abstract]
Object To identify the crude drugs of Rhodiola L.,including R1 crenulata,R.fastig iata R.kirilowii,and R.saccharinensis by RAPD.Methods General DNA was isolated from fresh leaves of the four species in R hod iola L.by CTAB and the random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) was used to identify them.Results The polymorphic fragment of DNA fingerprints of different species was compared by primers OPA 4 ( AATCGGGCTG),OPB7 ( GGTGACGCAG),OPB18,OPX14 ( ACA GGTGCTG ),and OPZ13 ( GACTAA GCCC ).The studies showed that they have different relationships in heredity and themethod of RA PD can be used to identify them easily.Conclusion The raw medicinalma-tericals Rhodiola L.can be identified by RAPD,and the above-mentioned four species are distingushed.
