目的 建立23-羟基白桦酸注射液中23-羟基白桦酸的HPLC分析方法。方法 采用HPLC法。色谱柱：YWG C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,10μm)；流动相:乙腈-水-冰醋酸(600:400:1)；体积流量:1.0 mL/min；检测波长:205 nm柱温:25℃；检测灵敏度:0.005 AUFS。采用外标法测定23-羟基白桦酸的量。结果 23-羟基白桦酸在10～100μg与峰面积具有良好线性关系,平均回收率为99.54%,RSD为1.98%(n=5).结论 该方法快速、简便、准确可靠,可用于23-羟基白桦酸的定量。
