目的 研究僵蚕的化学成分,并对从僵蚕中分离得到的一个新的香豆素苷类成分进行结构鉴定。方法 应用硅胶、Sephdex L H- 2 0柱色谱和重结晶等方法进行分离,利用光谱方法对分离得到的单体成分进行结构鉴定。结果 分离并鉴定出 8个化合物分别为 :6 -甲氧基 - 7- O-β- D-(4′-甲氧基)吡喃葡萄糖基香豆素 [6 - m ethoxy- 7- O-β- D-(4′- methoxy)glucopyranosyl coum arin,]、麦角甾 - 6,2 2 -二烯 - 3β,5 α,8α-三醇(ergost- 6,2 2 - dien- 3β,5 α,8α- triol,)、棕榈酸(palm itic acid,)、赤藓醇(meso- erythritol,)、甘露糖醇(D- mannitol,)、尿嘧啶(uracil,)、β-谷甾醇(β- sitosterol,)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,)。结论 化合物为新香豆素苷化合物。

Object To study and identify the chinical constituents of Bombyx Batryticatus.Methods The constituents were isolated from the above materials by column chromatography using silica gel and Sephadex LH一20,purified by crystallization,and identified by spectroscopic Methods.Results Eight compounds were isolated and identified.They are 6-methoxy-7-O一β一D-(4'-methoxy)glucop yranosyl coumarin(I)，ergost-6,22-dien一3β,5α,8α-rtriol(II)，paten itic acid (III)，meso-erythritol (Ⅳ)，D-mannitol(V)，uracil (VI)，β-sito steml，and daucosterol(Ⅷ).Conclusion Coumpound I is a new coum arin glycoside.
