从中西医药体系的本质差异所造成的被认知和认同的程度、法规、标准、生产的物质基础与条件、产品的科技含量、生产能力及其水平、市场需求的压力、国内市场竞争的激烈程度与合理程度等多方面,较为全面、系统、深入地分析中药国际化面临的主要问题和制约因素。提出针对不同目标国采取适宜的组合战略、有计划分阶段地提高中药产品标准并逐步实现标准的与时俱进、提高产业要求、改善竞争环境、提高对中药产品的检测能力与水平、发挥政府政策效用提升国内需求条件等加速中药国际化进程的对策与建议。

To make a general and system ic analysis on the main questions of Chinese materia madica( CMM ) internationalization and its restricted courses from the degree of recognization,regulations,standards,material basis and conditions,technical connotation of products,capacity and level of production,pressure of themarket demands,degree of the domesticmarket competition and rationalization etc.,which caused by essential difference between the Chinese and western medicine system s 1 To bring out several strategies and advices to fasten the progress of CMM internationalization,such as,adopting suitable united strategies according to different target countries; increasing the standards of CMM products by designs and stages,and realizing themodern standards raised w ith the time passing step by step; enhancing the industrial requirements; improving the competitive environments; raising the test ability and level to Chinese medicine products; exerting the effectiveness of our government; ameliorating the domestic demand conditions,etc.
