[摘要]
目的 研究凤尾茶Elsholtzia bodinieri的化学成分.方法 利用Sephadex LH-20和MCI gel CHP20P柱色谱进行分离和纯化,通过理化方法及光谱分析鉴定其结构.结果 从凤尾茶水提液中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为2,6-二甲基-8-羟基-2,6-辛二烯酸-8-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(Ⅰ)、圣草素7-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(Ⅱ)、木犀草素7-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(Ⅲ)、山柰酚3-O-芦丁糖苷(Ⅳ)、芦丁(Ⅴ).结论 化合物Ⅰ~Ⅴ均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中Ⅰ为新化合物,命名为东紫苏苷(bodinierin).

[Abstract]
Object To study the chemical constituents of Elsholtzia bodinieri Vaniot.Methods The constituents were repeatedly separated and purified on Sephadex LH-20 and MCI gel CHP20P column.They were identified on the basis of spectral Methods.Results Five compounds were obtained from the water extracts and identified as 2,6-dimethyl-8-hydroxyl-2,6-octadienic acid- 8-O-β-Dglucopynanoside(Ⅰ),eridodictyol 7-0-(3-D-glucopynanoside(Ⅱ),luteolin 7-0-β-D-glucopynanoside(Ⅲ),and kaempfer-of 3-O-rutinoside(Ⅳ),rutin(Ⅴ).Conclusion All of them are isolated from E.bodinieri for the first time,and compound I is a new one named as bodinierin.
