目的 观察麝香抗栓丸 (SATP)对大鼠实验性脑缺血的保护作用。方法 采用大鼠结扎双侧颈总动脉伴低血压模型,探讨 SATP对实验性脑缺血大鼠脑含水量、脑组织病理、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)、钙离子 (Ca2+)及乳酸 (L A)等指标的影响。结果 SATP能明显降低实验性脑缺血大鼠的脑含水量,改善脑组织病理变化,提高脑组织 SOD活性,降低 MDA、Ca2+及 L A含量,水丸的作用效果强于蜜丸。结论 SATP对大鼠实验性脑缺血具有明显保护作用,可能与其抑制脂质过氧化物损害、提高抗氧化酶活性及降低乳酸酸中毒和细胞内钙超载有关

[Abstract]
Object To observe the protective effect of Shexiang Antithrombosis Pill (SATP) on experimental cerebral ischemia in rats. Methods In cerebral ischemia model induced by bilateral common carotid artery clamping and controlled hemorrhage to a mean arterial pressure of 6.7 kPa (50 mmHg), cerebral water content, SOD activity, MDA, Ca2+, and LA contents were measured and the ischemic tissue pathology was observed. Results SATP can decrease cerebral water content, lessen pathological change, increase SOD activity and decrease MDA, Ca2+, and LA contents. Effect of water pill is better than that of honey pill. Conclusion SATP can protect the cerebral tissue from ischemia injury by suppressing lipid peroxidation. This effect may be related to increasing antioxidase activity and decreasing acidosis of LA and overload of calcium in cell.
