[摘要]
目的 研究山豆根代用品的主要来源植物之一——豆科木蓝属植物苏木蓝 Indigofera carlesii的化学成分 ,寻找其活性成分和 /或毒性成分。方法 运用溶剂萃取、硅胶柱色谱、重结晶分离纯化 ,根据化合物的光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果 从苏木蓝的根中分离得到 9个化合物 ,分别鉴定为 3-硝基丙酸 (Ⅰ) ,coronarian(Ⅱ) ,corollin(Ⅲ) ,羽扇豆醇 (Ⅳ) ,白桦脂酸 (Ⅴ) ,β-谷甾醇 (Ⅵ) ,胡萝卜苷 (Ⅶ)、豆甾醇 - 3- O-葡萄糖苷 (Ⅷ) ,琥珀酸 (Ⅸ)。结论 化合物Ⅰ~Ⅲ和Ⅵ为首次从苏木蓝分离得到 ,化合物Ⅳ、Ⅴ和 Ⅶ ~Ⅸ为首次从木蓝属植物中分离得到 ;化合物Ⅰ~Ⅲ可能为引起木蓝山豆根毒性的主要成分

[Abstract]
Object To study the chemical constituents of Indigofera carlesii Craib (Leguminosae), a main substitute for traditional Chinese drug "Shandougen" and to seek its active and/or toxic principles. Methods Compounds were separated and purified by solvent extraction, silica gel column chromatography and re-crystallization. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of their spectral data. Results Nine compounds were isolated and identified from the roots of I. carlesii: 3-nitropropionic acid (Ⅰ), coronarian (Ⅱ), corollin (Ⅲ), lupeol (Ⅳ), betulinic acid (Ⅴ), β-sitosterol (Ⅵ), daucosterol (Ⅶ), stigmasterol-3-O-glucopyranoside (Ⅷ), and succinic acid (Ⅸ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅲ, and Ⅵ are first isolated from I. carlesii, and compounds Ⅳ, Ⅴ and Ⅶ- Ⅸ are obtained form the plants of Indigofera Linn. for the first time. Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅲ can account for the toxicity of I. carlesii.
