[摘要]
目的 观察抗 EB(Epstein- Barr)病毒口服液对 EB病毒抗原表达的影响及对鼻咽癌 CNE2 细胞的细胞毒作用。方法 用间接荧光法测定抗 EB病毒口服液对 Raji细胞早期抗原 (early antigen,EA)表达及 B95- 8细胞病毒壳抗原 (virus capsid antigen,VCA)表达的影响 ;用 MTT法测定其对鼻咽癌 CNE2 细胞的细胞毒作用。结果 抗EB病毒口服液在无毒的浓度下,对 Raji细胞 EB病毒 EA抗原表达有较强的抑制作用,其 IC50 值为 0.6 6 7m g/m L;对 B95- 8细胞 EB病毒 VCA抗原表达有较强的抑制作用,其 IC50 值为 0.89mg/m L;对正丁酸钠激发的 B95- 8细胞 EB病毒 VCA抗原表达亦有较强的抑制作用,其 IC50 为 1.4 mg/m L。抗 EB病毒口服液对人鼻咽癌细胞 CNE2的 IC50 为 7.5 7mg/m L。结论 抗 EB病毒口服液能抑制 EB病毒抗原的表达,在较高的浓度下对鼻咽癌细胞CNE2 具细胞毒作用。

Object To study the inhibitory effect of Anti-EB Virus Liquor(AEVL) on EB (Epstein-Barr) virusantigen expression and its cytotoxicity. Methods The effect of AEVL on Raji cell early antigen(EA) expression and B95-8 cell viruscapsidantigen(V CA) expression was assayed by indirect fluorescent technique;the cytotoxicity onnasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE-cells was determined by MTT method.Results At the non-toxic concentration, AEVL had markedly inhibitory effect on Rajicell EB-virus, IC50 was 0.667 mg/mL and showed powerfully inhibitory effect on B95-8 cell EB-virus VCA expression, IC50 was 0.89 mg / mL;and it had strongly inhibitory effect on B95-8 cell EB virus VCA expression stimulated by sodiumn-butyric acid, IC50 was 1.4 mg/ mL. The IC50 of AEVL on human nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE-cell was 7. 57 mg/ mL. Conclusion A EVL could inhibit EB virus antig en expression and have cytotoxicity on nasopharyngel carcinoma cells at high concentration.
