目的 研究朝鲜淫羊藿中的化学成分。方法 采用 Merck Li Chro CAR分析柱,乙腈 -水 -冰醋酸梯度洗脱,流速 :1m L/min,检测波长 :270 nm,质谱记录总离子流图 (TIC)。结果 从朝鲜淫羊藿中鉴定出9个化合物。结论HPLC-MS² 能快速、准确的鉴定出天然产物中的化学成分。

Object To investigate the chemical constituents of Epimedium koreanum Nakai.Methods Separation was performed by HPLC on a Merck LiChroCAR analytical column with the mobile phase con-sisting of aceton it rile-water-acetic acid as gradient eluent at the flow rate of 1 mL/mm, the UV detection was set at 270 nm and TIC was recorded by an electrospray ionization mass spectrometer in positive mode.Results Nine compoundsw ereidentified by HPLC-M S².Conclus ion Themethod is rapid and accurate to identify the chemical constituents of the natural product.
