[摘要]
目的 为进一步揭示红花生理活性的化学物质基础,开发其活性成分。方法 对其水溶性部分进行了系统的研究。经过大孔树脂、硅胶、聚酰胺和 Sephadex LH-2 0反复柱色谱分得了 3个化合物。结果 通过 1D,2D NMR,ESIMS等波谱测定结合文献调查,确定了结构。结论 核苷、核黄素及其降解产物首次从该植物中分得,核黄素是人体内黄酶的一种辅酶,在人体内有着重要的生理功能 ;化合物Ⅰ具有很好的降压活性。

[Abstract]
Object To carry out asystematic study on the chemical constituents of Carthamus tincto-rius L. In order to reveal pharmaco logical active compounds for their further development.Methods Three constituent swere separated by macroporous resin, silicagel, polyamide, Sephadex LH-20 and spec-tral analysis.Results The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic means including 1D,2D NMR andES I-M S; they are 1-rib ityI-2, 3-diketo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-6, 7-dimethyl-quinoxaline(Ⅰ), riboflavin(Ⅱ), and uracil-ribofu ranose (Ⅲ).Conclusion CompoundsⅠ-Ⅲ are isolated from C. tinctorius for the first time. Compound Ⅱ is a very important coenzyme for our bodies1 It has been found that compoundⅠhas the property of lowering the blood pressure of anesthetized dogs when administered in travenously.
