[摘要]
目的研究马蹄参Diplopanax stachyanthus叶的化学成分,从中寻找有重要生物活性及药用前景的天然化合物.方法采用硅胶和Sephedex LH-20柱色谱分离化合物,运用波谱技术分析确定化学结构.结果从马蹄参叶的甲醇提取物中分离得到10个化合物,经波谱分析确定分别为:β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、白桦脂酸(Ⅱ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅲ)、熊果酸(Ⅳ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅴ)、3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷槲皮素(Ⅵ)、3,3′,4′-三甲氧基鞣花酸(Ⅶ)、3,3′-二甲氧基鞣花酸-4-O-β-D-吡喃木糖苷(Ⅷ)、3′-甲氧基鞣花酸-4-O-β-D-吡喃木糖苷(Ⅸ)和3,3′,4′-三甲氧基鞣花酸-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅹ).结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅵ和Ⅸ都是首次从该植物分离得到.

Object To study the chemical constituents from leaves of Diplopanax stachyathus Hand Mazz aiming at searching for bioactive natural products Methods The compounds Ⅰ-Ⅹ were isolated by a combination of Sephedex LH 20 and silica gel column chromatographies, and their structures were identified by spectral Methods Results Ten known compounds were isolated from leaves of D stachyathus Their structures were identified by means of spectroscopic analysis as: β sitosterol (Ⅰ), betulinic acid (Ⅱ), oleanolic acid (Ⅲ), ursolic acid (Ⅳ), daucossterol (Ⅴ), quercetin 3 O β D glucopyranoside (Ⅵ), 3,3′,4′ tri O methyellagic acid (Ⅶ), 3, 3′ di O methylellagic acid 4 O β D xylopyranoside (Ⅷ), 3′ O methylellagic acid 4 O β D xylopyranoside (Ⅸ), and 3, 3′,4′ tri O methylellagic acid O β D glucopyranoside (Ⅹ) Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅵ and Ⅸ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
