目的 建立赤芍的 HPL C指纹图谱,为科学评价与有效控制赤芍质量提供新方法。方法 采用 HPL C法,测定了 18个不同产地赤芍样品。色谱条件 :Hypersil C1 8柱 (2 0 0 mm× 4.6 mm 5 μm),流动相为乙腈 - 0.0 2 5 m ol/L H3PO4 -四氢呋喃 (9.5∶ 90.5∶ 1.2 5 ),流速 0.8m L/min,检测波长 2 5 4 nm,柱温为室温。结果 本研究建立的分析方法有较好的重复性,不同产地赤芍药材色谱峰面积比值有一定的差异。结论 色谱指纹图谱分析法能简便快速地区分不同来源的赤芍药材,为全面控制赤芍药材的质量提供了依据
