                  目的 应用主 -客体包结原理 ,实现丁香油中主要化学成分丁香油酚的选择分离。方法 采用单晶 X射线衍射分析确定主 -客体包结物结构。结果 获得主体分子对苯二胺与客体分子丁香油酚以 1∶ 2比例形成的包结物。结论 通过主 -客体包结方法可从混合物中获得单一化学成分

                  [Abstract]
                  Object<\b> To develop a new method for isolation of eugenol from volatile oil of cloves basedon the principle of molecule recognition between host and guest. Methods<\b> The crystal structures of thein clusion compounds were determined by single crystal X - ray diffraction structure analysis. Results<\b><\b> The inclusion compounds of 1,4-benzene diamine( host) and eugenol ( guest ) inhost guest molecular ratio of 1∶2 were obtained . Conclusion<\b> The isolation of one chemical component from mixture can be accomplished with inclusion method.
